FAQ

What is a Figma?

A Figma (or to use the proper capitalization ‘figma’) is a type of Japanese action figure, produced by goodsmile/Maxfactory. They are similar to Western action figures, though unlike Western toys, are for collection and display rather than play; though this could only be the case overseas, due to shipping costs being a bit on the batshit insane side.

Figmas are very high quality, with ball joints, stands and they always come with at least two facial expressions, lots of accessories, and a small rack of exchangeable hands.

What is figma photography?
figma photography is essentially normal photography; it’s just done on a much smaller scale, and with inanimate models. figma photography is not limited to just figmas; it can also be done with Nendoroids, which are super deformed style figures, also created by goodsmile.
